川崎中原ロータリークラブの会場監督である阿部央会員が、川崎西北ロータリークラブに招かれ、卓話を行いました。
　
阿部会員はセブンイレブンを5店舗経営する若手オーナーであります。

今回のテーマは「コンビニ経営の真実 ― フランチャイズの光と闇 ―」。
　
現場で日々向き合うリアルな経営課題や、フランチャイズの仕組みが持つ可能性、地域を支える店舗の役割など、多くの気づきを与えてくれる内容でした。


【Abe Member Delivers a Guest Speech at the Kawasaki Seihoku Rotary Club】
Mr. Hiroshi Abe, Sergeant-at-Arms of the Kawasaki Nakahara Rotary Club, was invited to speak at the Kawasaki Seihoku Rotary Club. Mr. Abe manages five Seven-Eleven convenience stores as a young and successful franchise owner. His speech, titled “The Reality of Convenience Store Management – The Light and Shadow of Franchising,” offered valuable insights drawn directly from his daily experiences. He spoke candidly about the challenges of store operations, the true nature of the franchise system, and the role convenience stores play as essential community infrastructure.

【現場を知る経営者だからこそ語れるリアル】
　
卓話では、フランチャイズ経営の厳しさとやりがい、スタッフとの関係性、地域インフラとしてのコンビニの使命など、セブンイレブン愛の詰まった阿部会員ならではの視点が随所に盛り込まれていました。
　
当クラブからも井元雄一会長、下條恵理子幹事、市川功一職業奉仕委員長が応援に駆け付け、仲間の活躍を共に応援する温かな雰囲気が感じられました。


Throughout his talk, Mr. Abe shared genuine stories about the difficulties and rewards of management, relationships with staff, and the mission of serving the local community. Several members from our club—President Yuichi Imoto, Secretary Eriko Shimojo, and Vocational Service Chair Koichi Ichikawa—attended to support him. Their presence highlighted the strong sense of fellowship and encouragement within our club.

【川崎西北ロータリークラブとの交流と感謝】

川崎西北ロータリークラブの川崎善友会長をはじめ、皆さまが温かく迎えてくださり、クラブ間の交流としても大変有意義な時間となりました。特に井元雄一会長は今年の初めに、同じく卓話で「正しい姿勢で健康に」と題して姿勢科学と健康の関連を講演しており、また井元会長と下條恵理子幹事はロータリーリーダーシップ研究会のファシリテーターとして、川崎会長ともセッションをしていましたので、旧交を温める場面もありました。
　
阿部会員の卓話を通して、職業奉仕の視点を共有し合い、地域で活動するロータリアン同士の絆が一層深まったことを実感しています。
　
今回の機会をいただいた川崎西北ロータリークラブの皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。
